oil leak in flight only turbo arrow

i have a77 turbo arrow that has a bad oil leak in flight only it seams like the crankcase is getting pressurized some how you can run it on the ground and no oil but take it around the patch and oil is all over the belly and the turbo area I have had the turbo overhauled, a new crankshaft seal replaced new hose's the enging has under 500 hrs
