O-360-A3A issue

Found a crack in the #1 cylinder extending from top sparkplug hole about 3” out. Took the cylinder off and found that one of the cam lobes is pitted. For background, the engine is an O-360-A3A, with TT 4746 and TSOH 1618 hours. Additionally, the last few oil analysis numbers have shown a high iron content. So, all that said, any recommendations on an engine shop; probably going to do an overhaul (at least that is my initial thought).
