Nose wheel fairing color?

Curious as to opinions on how to paint the nose wheel fairing. All three pants are white with red bottoms. Pants on main gear are solid white coming off solid white wing bottoms.

The cowl bottom is dark red. My gut feeling is to paint this fairing red to match the cowl rather than white to match the other pants.

Here's a pic that shows them stuck up close to where they'll mount.
