:idea: In order to make things fair and help reduce the use of private automobiles, maybe the federal government should institute an "on-ramp" fee for any use of the existing interstate highway system. This would be in addition to the current fuel tax paid at the gas pump. That would keep things equal and fair between automobile drivers and private pilots. Makes a lot of sense, doesn't it?
