hi guys i normally fly experiments and now i've been looking for a 4 seater. i found this piper cherokee a guy at the local airport wants to sell. it has not been posted online, but i need to know if its a good deal, fair, or would i be paying too much.
located at riverside airport, owner has a hanger and has been hangered most its life
it's a 1974 pa-28 140 cherokee
3800 tt
1200 smoh
has a lycoming o-320 making 150 hp
ifr cert and the paint was done in 2006
the price is $27k
any suggestions would help
i have about 3 hours in a cherokee so i'm not that familiar with them.
