I have the opportunity to purchase a Tee hangar at my local airport. I've never owned a hangar before and would like to know the pros and cons from folks with experience. Are they really a good investment? How do you handle shared maintenance? Do you do your own maintenance (roof and siding repairs, door repairs) or have it done by pros? How difficult is it to get insurance?
