Has anyone replaced a kx170 (just a 170, not a B) with a MX170c and gotten the Glideslope to work. The following paragraph is probably the problem, but what is the fix? Has anyone gone though this before?

The MX 170C is designed to be electrically and mechanically interchangeable with the KX 170 and 175 series of NAV-COMM's. The channeling outputs are for 40 channel glide slope (King Glide Slope) and 200 channels (King Slip Code). The early model KX 170 has 2 out of the 5 channeling and some interchangability problems may result. The MX 170C operates on 13.75 Adc maximum current in transmit

Thanks
