A PA23 I purchased last year is an Apache that was upgraded from 150 to 160 hp in 2002. The logs have the entries for the A&P who installed the rebuilt engines and new propellers but the STCs for the engine upgrades are missing. The previous owner has the receipt for the rebuilder's invoice. Unfortunately the rebuilder has since passed away and the new owners tossed the records.
What do I need to insure I can get the plane annualed? Can I get the 337s that were filed when it was rebuilt?
