Just got the Arrow out of annual and started flying .

Insurance requires 10 dual with CFI

I'm looking for tips and tricks on a smooth landing

I'm transitioning from a Cessna 182 , I have about 20 in a Cherokee 180 .

Seems I'm holding off for touch down and as soon as the rear mains hit she slams the nose wheel down every time no matter how much I pull yoke back

Can the Arrow experts please help with power setting and air speeds . Also what power setting you have on a ILS and a gps ,vor approaches ?

I'm currently looking for 100 down wind 95 Xwind and 85 final
I bring mp to 17" beam numbers along with gear down prop forward and 15" final

Thx in advance
RR
