Lance Flap Problem

I have a '77 Lance. Just found a spider web type crack on the top of the left hand flap. It is about the size of a half dollar. Looks like a rock or something hit the top of the flap causing the fracture. Is there any way to patch this fracture or am I stuck buying a new flap? Thanks.
