Hey Everyone!
I'm hoping someone has the upgrade package (.zip or .pkg) file for the JPI EDM-830 they can send me. I'm looking for firmware between v3.44 to v3.50.
I have spoken to JPI tech support about an issue I was having and they recommended I upgrade to v3.53 or higher. I have the 3.53 file to upgrade to, but the 3.53 package requires that I have 3.44 or higher before I upgrade. I currently have v3.42 installed.
So I'll need to do 2 stages of upgrading (Once to get above v3.44 and then again to go above v3.53) JPI of course wants me to send it in to them for $125 each upgrade, but from my understanding the old upgrades used to be available for free on their site. So even if I can just get it up to above 3.44 and then send it too them it would be saving me some money.
Anyone have the upgrade package from v3.44 - v3.50 they would be willing to send me?
