Had a thought:  Heard on news that The World Health Org is making a recommendation to the current administration that a limit be set on what people are able to feed their children concerning caffeine and sugar laced drinks and snacks. School police, doctors, and visiting nurses would "tattle" to the food police notifying them of improper food given to the children.----I suggest that since most (not all) people who have lost their jobs or earn below average incomes have hungry mouths to feed at home including children, upon getting FOOD STAMP assistance, be told that only healthy food is able to be purchased. Fresh fruits, vegetables, grains, and meat. NO processed food, connivance food, sugar and caffeine laced food, or any deemed "unhealthy" food can be purchased. Afterall, "It is for the CHILDREN !"
