We had a GTN650 installed in our Arrow II a few years ago, and sometime after the Narco remaining in the COM2 slot became intermittant.

Sent it off to be repaired, no problems found. Did some detailed testing - antenna was fine on a handheld, radio powered up fine, but no signal in or out.

Looked for other possibilities, noticed that the trap was hanging down in back, possibly due to installation of the 650. Tried to level it up, but no joy.

My theory is that the tray is out of square, and the antenna connector center pin cannot make contact to the connector on the back of the tray.

Don't suppose anyone has seen a similar problem?

TIA!
