Hey all, quick confirmatory question for anyone who has the above or similar setup in their airplanes...importance is the GI-106a. I presume the 106a displays a lateral CDI and vertical glidepath deviation indicator during an LPV approach as long as the GPS Navigator (in my case the GTN-650) annunciates LPV and the 650's CDI is set for GPS, and GPS is annunciated on the face of the 106a? I presume this is how it is 'supposed' to work and had that confirmed by Garmin but the only IM I can find on-line for the 102a/106a only addresses lateral and vertical deviation bar behavior with respect to VOR/ILS approaches.

My newly installed used 106a had both bars caged (right side for lateral and top for vertical) during my post-install test flight today during an LPV approach with the 106a OBS set to the inbound course, LPV and GPS on the 650, and GPS illuminated on the face of the 106a.

I'm trying to prevent a wild goose chase by my installer.
