So, the 140 I just purchased has a bad 250XL. Does not transmit and the screen is bad (lines). Nav works fine. Second nav/com is a king 150.
Contacted an Avionics company and was told 250XL no longer supported so no repair (from them anyway).
First time owner and have 1.1 hours (dual) in this plane (haven't flown since 95). What other options are out there in the same form factor, or suggestions for somewhere that will repair it (if parts are available).
