Fuel flow adjustment

Just wondering if the total fuel flow can be adjusted on my 1968 d model Aztec II-540-c4b5

During full power takeoff the fuel flow is about 1gph different between the left side and the right side

Asked my mechanic his thought was the only way to adjust it is to send the fuel meter out for overhaul, granted he’s not super familiar with Aztecs

Condition is full power mixture rich, the power lever is verified on the stop same with mixture lever
