I am in search of the part number and a vendor for plastic flapper on the inside of my fuel cap (circled in red). The flapper is designed to allow ambient air to vent into the tank in case the fuel tank vent is blocked, while also preventing fuel from exiting the vent hole in the center of the fuel cap.
