When we were done flying today I taxied to the ramp with the flaps still fully deployed. After parking, I went to retract the flaps and while the handle went down and the tension slacked, the flaps stayed deployed. I got out of the plane and with a tiny bit of help, they retracted. Seems like something is sticking just a little. Is there anywhere I can lube and what should I use as a lube? Best guess is that it is sticking on the left wing where the deployment rod comes out from the wing.
