Does anyone have info on how long the life span of a halon fire extinguisher should be? Mine is going on about eight years now & it appears to be fine, although appearances can be deceiving. I took it to a local business that specializes in fire safety several years ago & they didn’t give it a thumbs up or down, just said it couldn’t be recharged.
