I'm considering an extended bit of flying - like across the Atlantic via Greenland, Iceland and Scotland. No leg is longer then about 675nm - which on average could all be done on about 60 Gals +/-. Obviously a little tight.

I was thinking of one of these 25 Gal Collapsible turtle packs in the Baggage area. Anyone had any experience doing this?

The plane is a Turbo Arrow IV....With a new Engine. Or rather I plan I should have about 250 hours on it before the trip.
