Anyone have electric flaps? I have a PA32R-301T, 1986 model. The POH clearly states that manual flaps have 0, 10, 25 and 40 and electric flaps are 0, 25 and 40. My aircraft is electric and has 0, 10, 25 and 40. Obviously a typo but the last three were built in 86/87 that have a very unique serial number of which mine is one of them. Curious if the POH is just wrong.

My POH take off recommended flap setting is 0 but I need a lot of aft trim to make it feel right. 0 gives me a very lethargic climb off the runway but 10 feels perfect (at recommended T/O speed). My Six 300 called for 10 degrees and she climbed very quickly. Anyone else flying 80 to 87 Saratoga’s using 10 degrees. If not, how do you set your trim??

Thanks!
