Dtatbase Subscription Fees

Do the GTN 650 and 750 have annual subscription fees for the database? How does that work? Just wondering how much it will cost to keep this thing current. I also noticed that the 750 has an option that allows geo-referenced plates. I imagine all of that has to updated for a fee....not like Forflight where you're annual subscription keeps them up to date.
