Hi folks. I'm a newer pilot and helped start a co-owner, LLC, 10 months ago. We purchased a PA28-180C and love it. My question is this - do we have to file a tax return since we exist for strictly co-owning and shared expense. We make nothing from the airplane except hopefully, some value appreciation, as we have made some minor improvements. Apologies if I've missed the thread for this subject but I've searched several times and found nothing. Thanks for any assistance rendered!
