I'm getting ready to refurbish the ceiling in my Cherokee. I have already purchased the SEM headliner cleaner and SEM stain. I was looking at replacing the ceiling console with this (3rd one down):

Does anybody here have any PIREPS for Plane Parts dot com?
Will I have to drill screw holes or do anything to the new console for installation?
How hard is it to get the trim handle off and back on?
Any other comments from those of you that have already done this is appreciated. Thanks!
