My policy on the Stab Cable AD is to inspect the ENTIRE cable.

There have been cables found frayed in the "Tunnel Area".

More remarkably 2 aircraft were found with the Flap Cable wrapped around

Rudder or Stab Cables.

This is in the Tunnel between the seats.

My guess is this condition occurred while complying with the

Flap Handle Bushing AD,

Any other Uh-oh's found?
