I seem to have a very slow drip from one of my Dakota's wing sumps. I noticed it during preflight the last two flights. I would guess maybe 10 drops in 3 days. It left a small black stain on the top of the wheel pant. The stain wiped off quite easily, but the sump port is dry and fuel samples are clean. Any ideas? Maybe a rubber gasket that is decaying? Maybe the black is just dirt that was already on the pant, but I don't think so.

I am on a long trip and changing the oil here in West Virginia (I am based in Nevada) so maybe I can do something about it here.
