Well that’s what it sounds like.
O-235 C in a Colt.
It is not a subtle thing either.
You can hear it overhead in the pattern!
Three jugs sound like they fire normally and then
one comes along and hits HARD.
Sort of like an extra large cylinder snuck in there.
No missing or clanging but is LOUD .
Alaskan Hot Rod Muffler?
Haven’t got into it yet but Static RPM in limits.
Takeoff performance leaves a lot to be desired.
Cruise is sub par per previous Colt owner.
Will do a Cranking Compression Check .
Could 1 high compression piston do this?
Excessive Valve Lash could cause low power and will be checked.
