Beach Landing FL

Another beach landing after what I assume was an emergency for the aircraft and the farther on the ground was killed and the daughter is in critical condition after getting hit by the aircraft. Very sad accident but if I was ever in this situation and knowing a beach would be occupied would try and make a landing in the water 25' off the shore to avoid the public and the second time in recent years someone was killed on a beach by a plane.
