Flew from 4B8 to KMTP yesterday early afternoon in my PA-28-236. When nearing KMTP, I noticed 3 planes flying banners in the opposite direction near the right downwind for runway 24 around pattern altitude.
None of the banner draggers had ADSB-Out broadcasting their locations. I was forced to alter my downwind and even extend it significantly. Even then, when turning my long final, the last of the planes was directly in front of runway 24 flying at an obnoxiously slow speed.
Has anyone had to deal with something like this and any advice?
