Looking to upgrade from my 1966C to a nice non-turbo de-iced E or F. Can anyone tell me exactly what some people dislike about the 76-79 F models with the rectangular horizontal stab? Some mention handling differences between the horizontal/counterweighted Fs and the Es or 80/81 E tail F models. Why did Piper return to the E style horizontal stab in 1980?
