Avidyne IFD540 Traffic Display

I very recently purchased an Avidyne IFD540. I have had several issues, not the lest of which is the traffic display. My IFD540 does not display the traffic intruder track, contrary to assurances from tech support that it should do so. In addition, the Pilot Guide states that the traffic intruder track will be dislpayed.

I also have a Garmin 430 installed in the panel. Both units receive traffic information from a Garmin 330 transponder. The 430 always displays the traffic intruder track.

Any suggestions?
