Anyone Have Ram’s Horn Yokes to Fit a ‘65 Cherokee?

I’m looking for a pair of ram’s horn yokes for a 1965 Cherokee 180C, 3/4” shaft. Would anyone have a pair for sale (or one)? I’ve been waiting on Avion for almost a year and a half. I could really use some help with getting the bow tie yokes replaced. Originals failed the annual October, 2020, but was able to get a replacement set of bow tie yokes on this forum. Still need a permanent fix. Thanks.
