Birds used to love perching on my VOR antenna on the tail and using my stabilator as a bombing range. That was until I came up with this easy, cheap, light weight and simple solution - two pieces of foam pipe insulation tied together with a piece or nylon rope. No more birds and it only takes seconds to put on and take off the the assistance of my tow bar to reach the rope. Just thought I would share this successful tip!
