Aircraft prices

Have single engine aircraft prices increased substantially? I was thinking in upgrading to a 6 seater and the asking prices are $30 to $$40k more than last year.

Is COVID-19 the issue? Are more pilots using GA aircraft for short trips instead if flying commercially?
