Okay. This has got us all confused. Piper Aztec stops for fuel and fills to capacity. Ten minutes later it has a double engine failure and ditches at sea. The aircraft cannot be recovered from the ocean where her secrets lie.

What happened. Keeping this one short. We have a few theories but would rather hear from the great pilot-mechanic community out there.
