The new ACS Standards for Slow Flight is for the Student to
"Establish and maintain an airspeed, approximately 5-10 knots above the 1G stall speed, at which the airplane is capable of maintaining controlled flight without activating a stall warning."
My Vso is 54mph and my Vs 63mph, my Stall Warning Light usually gomes on at about 10-12mph above the stall speed. To demonstrate the Slow Flight on my Check Ride should I plan on a 70mph (Flaps) - 80mph(Clean)?
(Normal approach speed is 85mph reducing 3mph for each notch of flaps)
