I am looking for some opinions on a pa-28 235. I found one sitting at my neighbors. The plane has been sitting outside for at least 12 years. The mice have been busy and The sun has rotted the wind shield and windows. The log books show it was about due for an engine overhaul about the time he stopped flying.
My question is, what kinda value is it worth as a parts plane or could it ever be airworthy again?(without breaking the bank)
I can get it for next to nothing I just dont want it to sit around forever. ( I would have to move it soon)
Any suggestions?
Thanks
