Put in a rebuilt Hyd power pack last fall, it worked fine. The plane sat 2 months in a cold hangar, SE Michigan. Flew it, gear came up and down slow, flaps did not work, although flaps cycled fine during run up. Once back in the hangar, I noticed hyd fluid came out of overflow hose in nose gear area. Refilled fluid, on jacks, gear up, flaps down. Now when I taxi around, the gear handle takes about 5 seconds to snap back to neutral and flap handle snaps right back. Wondering why a lot of fluid leaked out overflow after plane sat 2 months in a cold hangar , I am perplexed . It's a 1963 b model aztec
