100 hr lube and love questions

Its time to do my 100 hr lubricating and wonder what you guys use for lubes. I have the manual, and asked my mechanic, who recomended triflow, or medium I forgot the name. Ive used marvel mystery in the past, but that was one guys advice.
What lubes are you using For hinges and the other called for items to be lubed, such as seat rails, etc.
