Youth ages 16-21 from the Portland area who are motivated and interested in learning to fly - or who are already actively involved in learning - are encouraged to apply for the 2013 EAA Chapter 105 (Hillsboro, OR) Bogardus Trust Youth Flight Scholarship program. We will be awarding four $1000 scholarships this year. If you know someone whom you think would benefit from this opportunity, please let them know about it!
Applications must be received no later than April 26, 2013 and in order to be considered for a scholarship award applicants will be required to participate in an in-person interview process on Saturday May 4, 2013 at Twin Oaks Airpark (7S3) in Hillsboro, OR.
Scholarship funds may be used at a flight school for aircraft rental and flight instructor fees related to training for any pilot certificate or rating. Complete information is available at http://eaa105.org/content/flight-scholarship
