Went to fly today and the fuel pump circuit breaker popped. Troubleshooted it and with the pump disconnected breaker wouldn’t pop s there wasn’t a shirt in the wiring or bad breaker. Then I hooked the pump up to a spare battery and it still would not operate.
Anyone know where to get one? 8850-7C, part number 08-14188.
I see them online for $323-366 but no one has one in stock.

I also want to replace this capacitor while I’m at it. It’s impossible to get to with the pump in so I’d rather do it now.
