Not at the border, impeller shaft. Partner flew to Houston, and was on way back. Made a stop @ SJT, and on takeoff roll could not get above 22" MAP. Local shop diagnosed. What was unfortunate is we had already ordered overhaul exchange on the TSIO360 from Western Skyways, due sometime lat Jan/Feb. Called Gary Main, and he had one on a shelf and overnighted to shop. Western Skyways will overhaul sans turbo, as they get theirs done by Gary. So, what could have been a very expensive time consuming event was merely a 2 day inconvenience. And maybe a couple AMU.
