Was at the hangar today (Not Flying) and saw a 1974 Cessna 172 always hangared, Total Time 200Hours. Some of those are my A&P running it up every annual. I guess the guy bought it starts it up every now and then and never flies it. It looked like it just rolled off the showroom floor. Kinda sad if you ask me. its not like a 74 172 is some sort of rare war bird that will wind up in a museum. Who knows, maybe it will in a couple hundred years, I just don't see it in my lifetime. Also there was a Rockwell Commander there today, nice plane its a shame they are out of business.
