Searched the forum and google extensively, many many posts here regarding replacements for lance and cherokee but the one on my 1999 piper saratoga ii tc is different. It is most similair to the one at premier aero store (H69669-44 Engine Control Plate & Decal Kit) which I purchased but had to modify by making the slots both wider and deeper towards the bottom and also drill holes for the fasteners in the bottom and top. It is also black which is not the original color. I've attached pictures of mine.
