I am looking for an alternative to the factory part depicted below.

This is on a Turbo Arrow.

It is an expandable cover over the throttle cable where it attaches to the throttle body. Apparently it is more than a dust cover. I is suppose to protect the cable movement from freezing in below zero conditions.

Certainly someone makes a similar product in a similar size that could do the job. It's hard to justify the excessive price for such a minor part.

Recommendations are appreciated.
