I'm sure this has been mentionned before but I looked as much as I could.
I am warning you this is morbid but I am sure everybody had this question at one point or another:

What protects our families from our passengers families God forbids something was to go wrong.

Understanding we had the best intentions allowing them into our cockpits, heck they could have even asked us to hop along, we could have been the best friends. But I have seen mourning families, they don't honor any of that, their lawyers find ways past our LLCs, as a punishment they could even want everything you worked hard to get for your own.

Don't get me wrong, I just purchased my first new plane and naturally everybody wants to check it out. And I want them to ( except John, never liked this guy...)

What are everybody's thoughts, do you shake everytime your lawyer friend wants to come along after hr told you how much he made this year?

Where you told that your LLC is stronger than Fort Pierce or do you have a sheet in your hangar that clearly says " I did this of my own free will and I understand the consequences " that you make all your passengers sign, especially the ones with vicious toothless cousins?

Your thoughts?
