Without getting into a discussion about whether or not the stall light is required or necessary, does anyone know a part number or source for the stall light bulb for a '73 PA-28-180?

Mine burned out (must be from all that slow flight I do...), and I pulled the bulb thinking it was just a standard-issue 12V white light bulb surrounded by a red cap. Unfortunately, the red cap appears to be integral to the bulb.

Am I missing something? Is the red cap supposed to come loose? Do I just need to pull harder or is there some trick to removing it?

Or is it really all one part? The parts manual doesn't seem to have a part number for this bulb.
