Shelf Life of Oil

I have a case of Phillips X/C 20/50 that was purchased from Sporty’s about 16 months ago. I can’t find any kind of date on the individual bottles or the case. It has been stored on a concrete floor in an unheated/uncooled hangar in South Carolina.

Is this oil still okay to use? How old is too old for oil?
