I need to remove the sidebrace on left and rt mains, there is no access for the locknuts. However, the service manual shows three inspection covers, one of which would allow access. I have checked several seneca 1's and they are also missing the inspection cover that would allow access. Does anyone have a SB or authorization to cut into spar as indicated in the piper wing drawing, or do they want an inspection cover in the bottom skin.
