Seneca 1 cowling kit

Have a 1972 Seneca 1 and looking for cowl mod kit that adds 2 screws to top of cowlings so will not lift in flight. Cowlings are lifting and exhaust touching sides. Also have some rubbing around props. Had kit on another Seneca 1 i owned. Called Piper and referred to Aviall and dealers and say not available. Would love to find these or specs to have made.
